Where are my downloads?
After a successful purchase, your download link is emailed to you and also available in your account under Account → Purchases. Each link is one-time-use and valid for 7 days. If your link expired, contact support@proofly.store with your order ID.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go directly to your connected Stripe account — typically within 2–7 business days after a sale, depending on your country and Stripe's standard payout schedule. A minimum of $12 (≈50 PLN / €11) must accumulate before requesting a manual payout. Make sure your Stripe Connect account is fully verified to avoid delays.
How does HiddenMark work?
HiddenMark is Proofly's steganographic mesh watermarking system. It embeds a unique invisible code into the geometry of every purchased model. Each buyer gets a distinctly stamped copy — the code survives format conversion and re-export. If your file appears on a piracy site, upload it to proofly.store/hiddenmark/verify and identify the buyer in under 10 seconds.
How to report piracy or a copyright violation?
Email abuse@proofly.store with the listing URL and proof of ownership (screenshots, source files, or a HiddenMark verification result). For models protected with HiddenMark, we can trace the original buyer and act immediately.
How fast do you respond?
We typically reply within 1–2 business days. For urgent piracy or payment issues, include 'URGENT' in your subject line — we prioritise these. Copyright/abuse reports at abuse@proofly.store are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
